The Game Aisle

About The Game Aisle

I’m the type of person who will recommend games to total strangers at my local Target if they look perplexed, so in 2009 at the urging of a good friend, I started The Game Aisle.  While my tastes are ever evolving, I strive to keep an open mind and only review the games that I enjoy playing.  I don’t review the bad ones, because I don’t want to write about them and I don’t think anyone wants to read about them.  I do review ugly ones, but only if they are worth playing!

When I can, I like to highlight the people behind the games, because the inventors/designers are the unsung heroes of the game industry.  I also talk about what life is like as a professional game inventor and cover the shows and events I attend throughout the year.  Occasionally, I write articles to help newbie inventors put their best foot forward — but not too often because I don’t need that much competition! ha!
